Hello Paolo! This is just a brief email to say thank you very much for your assistance both with the 'special MSC rate' booking, and also during our recent stay at the Hotel Vittoria. It's an excellent little hotel, and very conveniently located for our purposes. I will post a positive write up on both Trip Advisor and Expedia.
If we do retun to Genova later this year, I will contact you personally, and hopefully take up your offer of another 'special rate' booking!

We had a very pleasant stay in June 2008. Thanks to the very kind and competent staff who helped us in different problems. The Vittoria is a ideal place to explore the historical centre!

My husband and I stayed overnight at your hotel last year. I made the booking online not knowing anything about the hotel. We were very happy with the accommodation and breakfast. The hotel is very handy to the railway station - it was clean and was not noisy and the instructions to find it were helpful. We spent a wonderful morning walking throught the old centre of Genoa - very handy to the hotel. The attendant at the desk was very obliging and pleasant. So we can recommend your hotel and are happy to have this put in your guestbook.
