> Breakfast and Bar:
Buffet breakfast is served in a large breakfast hall every morning from
7 to 10 a.m. The buffet offers a vast range of cakes, biscuits, jams, chocolate and fresh fruit. There are also buns, stuffed brioches, Dutch pastry, corn flakes, orange juices, coffee, tea, cappuccinos, American coffee, fruit and fat free yogurts, honey,
hazel nut cream, cheeses.
Our strength is being kind and friendly.
Guests who have to leave before 7 a.m. can rely on continental breakfast. They only need to let us know the evening before. Groups are served breakfast at table, unless different arrangements are made each time through their agency or tour operator.
> 24 hour Reception:
There are no problems for those who check-in late, nor for night owls back from their night entertainment or for those who reach the hotel late at night because of delayed public transport. After midnight, a night concierge will welcome the late comers. In the Hotel Hall there is a special Wi-Fi wireless Internet Point for
the guests who wish to connect with their mobile lap tops, this service is operative every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
> Lift/elevator:
There are two lifts: the first connects the Hotel Reception with Via Balbi below
and the second connects the Hotel Hall to the rooms of the central building above.
> Terrace:
Between the reception floor and the building where the rooms are, there is a terrace
where the guests can enjoy the refreshing summer breeze, sip a drink or read a magazine in absolute peace.
> Tourist Info service:
At the Reception there are two notice boards where the guests can find a lot of information, which will help them discover the city and its main attractions.
> Private pay garage:
For our guests who come to Genoa by car there is a roofed, guarded, and easily accessible private car park at 150 metres from the Hotel. Special prices are foreseen for those who leave their car for at least a week or for those who go on a cruise and want to leave their car there. |
